I’m Tim, the coach behind TG Endurance.
Running started as a personal reset. A way to find clarity. Over time, it became a place to grow and test my limits. I’ve trained and raced across road and trail from 5k through ultra distances, and I’ve learned that progress isn’t about pushing harder - it’s about training with intention. I’ll help you build strength that supports you, recovery that restores you, and habits that fit your life.
Do I need a coach?
Not everyone does. You can absolutely hit your goals by following a solid plan. But if you want to show up on race day knowing the work you’ve done is right for you - if you want someone to bounce ideas off, someone who can help you adjust course when your body or life throws a curveball - that’s where coaching makes a difference. I’m here when you need me, and the plan we build is tailored to your goals, your schedule, and how you respond to training.
How will we approach training?
I coach runners who want to feel strong, capable, and at home in their pursuit of their next big goal. We’ll build a plan focused on sustainable progress - one that values strength and mobility just as much as mileage. Whether you’re chasing a PR, returning from injury, or simply leveling up your running, we’ll build something that feels grounded, repeatable, and uniquely yours. The goal is simple: run with purpose and confidence.
Coaching + Pricing
I coach on a month-to-month basis. There are no long-term commitments (though I’m sure some of us will work together well into the future!) . Ideally, we’re building for your next event or have an idea of what we want to achieve but we can always work together to shape that.
You’ll get:
Weekly training plan delivered via TrainingPeaks
Strength, mobility, and recovery guidance tailored to you
Regular check-ins & adjustments based on how you feel. If the training is working for you and your life, we keep going. If it’s not, we shift.
Cost: $111 / month.
